This quick and easy crochet pattern creates a fun little cowboy hat designed to fit your smaller four legged friends. It requires only a small amount of yarn, making it an excellent remnant buster. The hats were designed to fit most average size adult cats and extra small dog breeds, such as Chihuahuas.r

What's Included
Upon purchasing this pattern you will receive a 6 page PDF file that has been optimized to be printer friendly. In addition, the pattern contains both diagrams and links to videos that will help you through the trickier aspects of the pattern (the flower construction).
Materials Needed:
- 4.5mm / G / 7 crochet hook
- Darning needle for finishing
- Approx. 75 yrds Bulky weight yarn in brown (or color of your choice)
- Optional: >2 yards of worsted weight in contrast color for the band Note: if you don’t have chunky yarn, you can substitute 2 strands of DK crocheted together. The weight is important as the thicker yarn helps the hat keeps its shape.
